You have 30 calendar days to notify us of your request in writing with photos attached. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item/s must be in the original packaging accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Courier fees will be for your own account.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you within 48 hours that your parcel has been received. We will notify you on the status of your return/refund after inspecting the item & notify you of further instructions. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or to your online account. We will notify you once we have refunded you via email.
Please keep in mind that clearance of the payment will be dependent on your bank and method of payment.
Should you wish to exchange the item, we will gladly arrange for the item to be dispatched to your chosen address, courier fees will again be for your own account.
Non-refundable items include gift cards, coupon discounts and prize giveaways.
Please note that all customs duties, levies and taxes are charged by the destination country, is for you own account.
Whilst ever effort is made to confirm an international shipping cost upon checkout and payment, The Great Break reserves the right to review these shipping costs on receipt of your order. Should additional fees need to be charged, you will be notified of any shortfall due to shipping surcharges. You reserve the right to cancel your order with a full refund should you be unhappy with the additional cost.
