Phenomenal is probably the best word to describe my experience. The product itself is fantastic, so well made and the feel is incredible. The customer service in particular is great. I emailed as I was quite excited about my order and was told it would take awhile, then Jared emailed me some time later to say it would be delivered sooner than thought and I got it the same week I placed the order, in the middle of the chaotic December rush. Really pleased and will definitely be buying from them again.

    Where are you based?

    Our workshop studio is located along the nature abundant Garden Route of South Africa in the coastal town of Mossel Bay!

    What type of leather do you use?

    Our primary material is full grain, vegetable tanned leather (Bovine), using water based chemicals and finished with wax and plated to achieve a slight sheen.

    We do not use pigskin.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do! If you are shopping from the US you will be able to check out with the option of international delivery. Should you be shopping from another country (other than South Africa) please contact us directly for an accurate shipping quote. Shipping Policy

    Do you do custom orders?

    Individuals - Include a name / initials engraving on certain leather goods. This option is available when selecting your item.

    We do our best to accomodate specific requirements on individual orders when possible and at our discretion.
