Summary:

Supports the production team by performing a variety of tasks including
operating equipment, preparing materials, and assisting with assembly, customer relations and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

○ Operate laser cutting machines.
○ Utilise design software to adjust and optimise laser cutting patterns.
○ Prepare raw materials for production.
○ Assist with the compilation and assembly of products.
○ Monitor the online store backend for new orders.
○ Conduct regular stock takes of raw materials and finished goods.
○ Receive, inspect, and process new raw material deliveries.
○ Customer updates and correspondence

Qualifications:

○ Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is
preferred.
○ Experience with design software (Inkscape,Adobe Illustrator,RDWorks, etc.) is
highly desirable.
○ Experience operating laser cutting equipment is a plus.
○ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
○ Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
○ Ability to handle moderate physical tasks.
○ Good communication and teamwork skills.
○ Basic computer skills.
○ High school diploma or equivalent.
