Stitching Guarantee Policy

Sew Confident!

At The Great Break, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality leather goods. We are so confident in the stitching on our products that we offer a 5-year stitching guarantee.

This guarantee covers any stitching defects that occur within 5 years of the date of purchase. It does not cover damage caused by use other than that intended, such as cuts, tears, or abrasions.

If a stitching defect occurs, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. To file a claim, please contact us at jared@thegreatbreak.com.

You will need to provide your proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

Once we have received your claim, we will arrange for the product to be shipped to our location. Once we have received the product, we will inspect it and determine if it is covered by the guarantee. If it is, we will repair or replace the product and ship it back to you.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our location.
