Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made and paid for in full via www.thegreatbreak.com or the designated booking platform to secure your place.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful receipt of payment.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
Customer Cancellation:Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund.Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled workshop date will receive a 50% refund, or the full amount may be credited towards a future workshop date (subject to availability).Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop start time are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Workshop Cancellation: The Great Break reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., minimum booking numbers not met, illness). In the event of a cancellation by The Great Break, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to an alternative date.
3. Attendance and Punctuality
Workshops will start promptly at the scheduled time. Participants are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time to check-in and settle in.
Late arrivals may miss critical instructions. The Great Break cannot guarantee that a participant who arrives significantly late (more than 15 minutes) will be able to complete their project.
4. Workshop Participation
All tools, materials, and necessary equipment are supplied by The Great Break for use during the workshop.
The finished leather wallet/cardholder crafted by the participant is theirs to keep.
Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructor regarding the use of tools.
